friend coaxed me into attending one of Stephen’s lectures. I was
sceptical at first but soon became captivated. Stephen has so much energy
and enthusiasm and I found that infectious. At the end I went up to him
and said,” I have had rapid cycling Manic Depression for 7 years,
take a cocktail of drugs but continue to suffer badly with monthly highs
and lows. Can you help me?” He immediately said ‘yes’
and we arranged to meet the following week.
Stephen has a knack of making you feel totally at ease. Together we unravelled
my life story and I realised my life was full of traumas, e.g. becoming
pregnant at 17, two divorces (three marriages), depressions, glandular
fever, endometriosis and finally manic depression.
Stephen explained how to unlock my unconsciousness and I left with a CD
to meditate to. I have a routine now of meditating daily and to my amazement
and delight I haven’t suffered a high or low episode for 4 months!
What’s more I am full of energy and can make plans like everyone
else without worrying I’ll go down.

"I
went to see Stephen for a three hour healing session because I was suffering
from chronic Asthma and needed to use my puffer up to ten times a day.
What happened in those three hours was amazing. Stephen explained that
my patterns of breathing dated back to the earliest years of my life.
My lungs released and healing began. As I had been told I had allergies
and that is what triggered my attacks, it was incredible to realise the
root cause of my Asthma was emotionally based.
I now only use my puffer maybe once a week and even after exercise I am
